What model boxes?
What do you mean not working? error message, not powering on at all, other symptoms?
A power outage resets TVs to their default inputs, which is normally antenna (ANT). Change the TV's input to the port each of the DirecTV boxes are plugged into (HDMI-1, HDMI-2, A/V, etc.).
Check that the power cords are secure on both ends and outlets are working. Make sure they are not plugged into a "smart" power strip. If you have a box labeled SWM, check to see if the light is steady on, and not blinking or off. If it is not steady on, unplug for up to a minute and then plug back in.
In the end if you need to schedule a tech, then call DirecTV. Service calls are $99, covered if you have their optional Equipment Protection Plan. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot schedule a tech for you.
