No signal on one tv. Other tvs are working

Sorry for thinking that since it is all part of a package i purchased that they might be related.   Clearly this is a very very serious group. Sorry for taking up your valuable time.  Fyi - t.v. has nothing to do with it.  If you noted in my question, the problem is intermittent.

What it comes down to is Netflix is a competitor that has absolutely nothing to do with DirecTV. It is not part of a package you got with DirecTV.

It doesn't matter if the issue is intermittent or not. You are the one who said it was just one TV and just Netflix, so the TV having something to do with it would a reasonable possibility. That doesn't change the responses you've gotten.

This is not a "very very serious group". Simply it is a public DirecTV forum. As such you are in the wrong place to get help with a Netflix problem. It would be like calling Verizon to fix your T-Mobile service. Hope this makes sense to you now.

I had this, had my husband reset the main box but it continued showing ‘no signal’. Checked connections, etc. Finally got it working after I hit the red button on the side of the box. Kind of a ‘duh’ to people who know what they are doing but not to me!

After you reset the main box, be sure to reset the little box by pressing the red button. This took me 20 minutes to finally figure this out.

Sounds like you have a Genie and Mini Genie. The main box is the server the feeds the small boxes which are clients of it. Understandable that it is not automatically known there is a specific preferred order for a red button reset.
