What receiver has the error code? And what error code does it show? 771, 775? Without additional information, it is almost impossible to resolve the issue. There could be a misalignment of the dish, splitter issue, coax issue, SWM power inserter issue, etc. At the very least, you said that both receivers say no signal in that room.

Also, how are you connecting the DirecTV box to the TV? HDMI cable? TV set to proper HDMI INPUT?

OK everything was working fine, I came home one day and no error codes when I turn TV on just comes up on screen no signal bouncing around. The receiver in question is the one I have in living room which I guess is main receiver the one in bedroom is a small one and it works fine

If the error message is just "No Signal" then that is from the TV set itself. It means your TV is set to the wrong input.
Verify HDMI cord is secure and free of debris between the TV and DirecTV box on both sides. Then change the TV's INPUT (some call it SOURCE) to the one the DirecTV box is plugged into (HDMI-1, HDMI-2, etc.).
If the TV is on the correct input and is connected properly to the box, a couple other things to check. Make sure you are not using a "smart" power strip. Also turn off your TV's HDMI-CEC if it has it. Those 2 things can cause conflicts with the DirecTV box. Also, you can try a different input on the TV or even swapping the HDMI cord to see if the port or cord is damaged.

Check if the receiver is ON
Check if the TV is on the right INPUT
Check the HDMI cable if it is plugged in properly

Ahh, one basic thing I forgot to mention. Thanks @dstreamer
Yes, verify if the box is powering on in the first place. Combined with the earlier troubleshooting you should have the issue fixed or at least narrowed down where in the chain the problem is.

@lmurphy2845
Error 614 means a Wireless Mini Genie Client (C41W or C61W) has lost connection with the Wireless Video Bridge (WVB) or main Genie receiver. The Genie-2 (HS17) is the only box with the WVB built-in. This is different from the error message "No Signal" the OP was getting.
