No signal

Powered everything down. Restarted direct tv and vizio tv. Direct tv said it may take a minute in blue box then immediately no signal follows

If just "No Signal" that is a message from the TV. Means no signal recognized on that input, so a few things to check.

What model are you boxes and which one is having the problem?

Verify HDMI cord is secure between box and TV.

Are you sure the DirecTV box is powering on to begin with?

Check that the TV is on the correct input the box is plugged into.

Try a different HDMI cord and even another port on the TV.

Make sure neither box or TV is plugged into a "smart" power strip.

If TV has it, turn off HDMI-CEC.

Swap box with another and see if problem stays at TV or follows box.
