Huh?  I'm not aware of any such phone number. What's the problem you're trying to solve?

If you are looking for IP info, press and hold the info button on the remote, then select more system info.  Scroll down, the networking info is about half way down.

A little more info is necessary.  No one can tell what "numbers" you mean.

nobody really knows when DirecTV "pings" the receivers once they are installed.  the are rumors everywhere, but the way I see it is if they are not hooked up the same day of the install, I personally would not count on them as responders.  is the luck of the draw.

Well, it's not like you gave us any information in your original post ....

peds48 is an actual installer and didn't know what you meant.

No matter how you look at it, if you are asking for a number to "get your numbers up" you are cheating the system.  If you connect the receivers to a phone line or Internet, the system will ping those receivers.  No need to call any number.  But you can always can ISS to request a call back while on site
