PIP swap failure
1st off, the Genie "Help" section is trash.
2nd, I press Down arrow on my RC73 remote and only get the error DONG tone when I attempt to swap side-by-side shows. Moving the PIP to any of the other positions does not help.
Please help me swap hockey games and quit giving me your DONG.

What Genie DVR model do you have?
Did this work before?
Have you tried resetting the DVR?

It's worked before, but it's been awhile since the last time.
Reset... as in factory reset? Nope. I will write down my fave channels on a Postit note and manually type in my channel numbers before I factory reset for this 1st World Problem.

Not a factory reset, just press the red button on the side near the access card to remove power to the CPU to reboot the HR54.

Red button reset is not a factory reset. Unplugging power for a minute or two is not a factory reset either (though does dump guide data that acquires from the satellite within 24-48hrs).
A factory reset is going into the menus and selecting it. That way you don't have someone doing it by accident.
