POSTAL MAILING ADDRESS FOR DIRECTV'S CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
As a customer of DirecTV for many years, I need the USPS mailing address for DirecTV's corporate headquarters. I have hearing issues and subsequently, do not talk on TELEPHONES...PERIOD.
Nevertheless, I'd like to write to Mrs. Laurie Giammona (Chief Customer Officer @ DirecTV) regarding a concern I have AS A CUSTOMER!!!!! This means I need a mailing address to send her my concerns/issues about DirecTV for which, hopefully she will address and resolve...so that I can become a "happy camper" continuing to watch DirecTV.

This is (Edited per Community Guidelines), I forgot to let you know that I am elderly (80 yrs old) and life is too short to waste on issues I'm having with being a long-time customer of DirecTV.

This is a public forum of other customers. If you want help and guidance, please state the root issue.
Other contact info for corporate is restricted and not given to us customers as is for internal use only. We have to follow the normal customer service paths available to us as corporate is not a replacement for those paid in customer support.
If you need official support than you have a few choices:
1. Call (default option. understand you wish to avoid)
2. Use the "Chat" option on their website (personally not suggested as transcripts are not saved to the account and info from that source has been questionable recently).
3. Submit a BBB complaint. That sends an issue to the corporate level if you really need to go that far.
4. If it is in relation to accessibility options, there is more contact info:

Well by the nature of the technology there is no perfect immunity from rain. As long dish is optimally aligned and in good condition, then 'normal' weather shouldn't really impact the service.
But with getting a signal from geosynchronous orbit, rain will remain a factor. Not something corporate can fix. Maybe in the next couple hundred years new wireless tech will be invented that can cut through it all safely, but who knows.
