What are the models of boxes you have now? Some have to sacrifice capability to get 4K.
You need to have either the 3rd generation Genie (HR54) or the Genie-2 (HS17), but on the 4K TV itself you need either the 4K Mini Genie (C61K) or the Gemini (C71KW) which are clients, not receivers.
