Receiver resetting multiple times daily
I have a non-genie receiver, model #h24-200, that began coming up with a message that it needed to be reset. This began on August 26, 2021. Other than the message that it needs to be reset and then resetting itself it does not have any other issues. The power supply cords are fine, the connections to the satellite are fine, so the only thing I can think that is wrong is that it coincides with DirecTv becoming independent from AT&T.

@AvylonMyst
I'm experiencing the exact same situation as you with the same model receiver, I have multiple H24s but non of the DVR models are affected, only the smaller H24-200 is getting this issue.
Unplugging, removing the card and waiting 5 minutes and then rebooting, resetting with the red button twice in a row, has not helped. Maybe a full "reset everything" might help?
Hopefully @DIRECTVhelp can chime in on this ongoing issue with this model. I'm running firmware 0xd49.

Many people reporting this. Might be linked with DirecTV downloading new logos. Try doing a "clearmybox" and see if that works.

AT&T still owns DirecTV, so not sold, but they have added in a partner. There have been increasing posts about a resetting issue. It is suspected there is a problem downloading the new logos.

Just posted the same thing and saw how many dozens of "related conversations" there are regarding this issue, yet tech support continues to pretend that they have never heard of anything like this.
I dearly love the Philippines but these call centers are horrible.

I have tried a clearmybox, double red reset button within 30 minutes, the receiver is still saying it needs to be reset every couple hours.

double red reset isn't a clearmybox.

Ok, I thought red reset button twice within 30 minutes had the same effect, but I'll try the actual clearmybox in the smart search later this evening.

Can anyone report if the CLEARMYBOX operation fixes this problem? My h24 receivers are rebooting by themselves like others. Or is it better to wait for DTV to fix the problem with an update.
