Refund on returned equipment

I returned my equipment on 12/10/2021, I called direct tv and provided the UPS reference number.  I have called direct multiple times and have only been told that i would get my money back in a few weeks, or will hear back from someone in 3-5 business days and not respond.  My refund is $397 not pocket change.  I called again today and again they told me that they escalated the issue and someone will contact or e-mail me in 3-5 business days.  I'm tired of calling to get my money back.  What else can I do to get my refund back?

File a BBB complaint. That sends the issue to corporate. Usually results in them contacting you. Be prepared to provide copy of the receipt from UPS showing they took possession of the equipment.

not recieved my refund check ,its been several months
