Reimbursements for previous shut off

We had no access to my directv account receivers. Are services were shut down for the last three weeks of December and first couple of weeks in January after we paid 454 payment to our account.

So what do you want? Do you have a question?

If by chance your services are still shut off, then call DirecTV. Balance must be paid in full. If it is they may just need to manually reinstate service. Though try a red button reset or www.directv.com/refresh to refresh service authorizations first, just in case.
