You do realise that this is a public Forum and you've just supplied it with some personal information? Suggest you edit this promply...
The dish on your roof is owned by you, Directv does not own it nor will they remove it.

Upon install you own everything but the receiver/client boxes.
If you choose to take down the dish 📡 it is suggested to leave the mounting plate to avoid leaks.
