Techs never go out to remove the dish. You call DirecTV and schedule a relocate to put the dish back up. Be aware that Covid-19 has them very short staffed so hold times are long and they are low on techs.
The roofers will remove your dish and then re-install it (almost) meaning it will then be needing a re-alinement to get it back to operation.
When the roofer has show up --I would Call 1-800-531-5000 to get a service appointment --expect it to be missed --(AS) stated above --that will give you more time and a place in line.
