Replace receiver.
Receiver will turn on and go to last channel. However, no buttons work on remote (the remote has new batteries and is able to turn on and off equipment). I've tried reset with the red button, reset holding blue button and have unplugged everything and waited. Same issue everytime. Please, I need a new receiver - model C41W-100 SN (edited per community guidelines)

Press and hold mute and ENTER , not select but ENTER, until you get a message that your remote is now setup for rf, enter is under the number 9, you DON'T need a new client the problem is the remote

Hope it all works now. But some additional information to help you in the future.
Model is C41W, so a wireless (hence the 'W') Mini Genie (Client, not receiver). Never post the S/N as that is private to you.
This is a public forum of other customers. You cannot request a box as this isn't customer support. For that you call. If you ever need a warranty replacement in the future, it is $19.95 delivery.
