You should remove your account number from your post, this is a public forum. Process to return receivers below:

All equipment returnable to DirecTv must be returned through a participating UPS or FEDEX location. Items cannot be returned to a USPS post office or any other mailing service locations. If you happen to be greater than 10 miles from a participating UPS or FEDEX location then you may call in (1 800 531 5000) and request that return boxes be mailed to you.

Find FEDEX locations: www.fedex.com/attreturns

Find UPS locations: www.theupsstore.com/locations

You will need to bring your account number in with you and it is strongly recommended that you obtain a tracking number.

1. Remove account number, this is a public forum, not customer support.

2. What is the model number of boxes trying to return? Just be sure if returnable.

3. New return process that is primarily used:

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Find FedEx Office locations at www.fedex.com/attreturns.

Find The UPS Store locations at www.theupsstore.com/locations.

4. If over 10 miles away from a participating shipper, then you call DirecTV to use the old process instead. They send out a prepaid return kit to your physical service address by FedEx, with return by USPS (Postal Service, not UPS). There is no charge for this as is their policy, unlike some other companies which do charge for return (which is not up to the customer to decide otherwise).

5. Because of Covid-19, the return time frame normally 21 days has been extended.
