What do you mean by "during"?

There are no wireless receivers, so I take it you have wireless Mini Genies which are Clients (not receivers). Only two models so far. The C61W is definitely returnable, but as of a year ago the C41W was known as no longer returnable.

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Oh and to end service, you must call DirecTV of course. Just like any other company, you must call customer support.
