Return equipment

I have canceled my service. I received a box to return 2 receivers. i have 2 more receivers that need to go back. I was told to take them to a Ups store or FedEx store. We do not have one close to us. How do I get more boxes or can I take them to a shipping store near by? I don’t have labels for thme either. Not sure what to do. I do not want to pay to return them.

I have yet to receive the return boxes.  I need two of them.  How do I get the return kits?

First of all what are the model numbers so you know if returnable or not. As a note @Grammyteacher didn't list model numbers at all, most likely serial numbers instead, so make sure it actually says model number. Hope they figured it out as this thread is from over a year ago.

Since the thread is outdated, suggest you start a fresh one. But this is the return process if any boxes are returnable.

How To Return The Equipment 

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
