Return Equipment

I am trying to return my equipment.  I have called 6 times to request a return box and label as Fedex and UPS are both 100 miles away.  I keep getting an email and scan to take to Fedex.  How many times do I have to explain that there is no a FEDEX or UPS.  Please just send me a return box for each of my receivers with a return label.  What is so difficult about this request.

What are the models of the boxes? Perhaps they are non-returnable explaining why a return kit order isn't going through.

Don't know what "scan" you are getting, but boxes are normally taken to FedEx or The UPS Store without a label as they have a special return setup with AT&T that now extends to DirecTV. Naturally if over 10 miles from a participating location, then the old process is used but only if model is still returnable.
