There should be no reason to require the address to return equipment. You should take the equipment to a UPS or FedEx store with your account number, they will do the rest of the work. You can also suggest a recovery kit from DIRECTV, when they send you a box to return your equipment. However, if there was no notification about the returning of equipment, your equipment was likely non-returnable and no longer used by DIRECTV. For example, an SD or SD DVR along with a couple HD and HD DVR receivers would be considered non-returnable by DIRECTV since they are being phased out/not recommended to use because of their slow response or old technology.

There is none,  you take returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store with your account info to scan them into the system and get a receipt to keep.  If you live more then 10 miles then you call DTV for a return kit you take to the post office.

What are your DVR/Receiver model numbers? Older boxes don't need to be returned.

@gdrewrolston

There is no address provided. You don't pay for your own return. What are the models of each box you have? Just to be sure if returnable or not.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Remember must be a company owned/corporate location, not a outreach shipping center.
