Returning Equipment
Returning Equipment is a NIGHTMARE and requires you to take leave of your occupation so that you may spend pointless hours repeating yourself only to NOT receive that email or box. You must dedicate several hours a day for weeks only to get nowhere!! Get used to seeing your equipment sitting in that box on the floor by the front door.
you will turn gray before speaking to 2 people with the same answer on returning your over priced remotes and other equipment.
it is incredibly, by far, one of the most frustrating time wasting task I did in 2020!!!
if your wondering about my equipment..... yes I finally had it returned but a new chapter began.... I am now being billed for this returned equipment. Ha!!!

Wondering if boxes were returned by the correct process based on the hassle you went through. You don't send remotes back as those are owned accessories. Only the receiver/client boxes go back if they are still returnable models.
