Returning upgraded equipment

My installer replaced outdated equipment and informed me that I had to return the old receivers.  He stated that I had to go on to the website and print UPS labels and take them to a UPS store.  I cannot find the labels on the website.  Any help?

Here to help with your return, @hoskinjohn.

We have information on how to return your DirecTV equipment. You need to take the equipment to a FedEx or UPS location with your account number. No box or label is required and there is no charge for the shipping.

Let us know if this helps!

What are the models of the old boxes? If they are truly outdated then they wouldn't be returnable.

If they are returnable, you don't print out a label as the participating shippers do that all in the store.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
