Roofers damaged my dish. I need repair!!

I am having a new roof installed and they damaged my dish and need repair guy to replace the dish. However, no one is picking up. I'm not sure how to put in a repair request given the COVID-19 shut down etc

Okay I found a back door. I clicked on upgrade my system as I have the protection plan called the number and immediately got someone (they don't want to lose new customers, but screw the current one). He gladly put in an order for upgrade and I told them I needed my dish repaired they are coming today between 12-4pm. My plan is to fix the dish screw the upgrade I'm not signing up for another two year contract

The upgrade work order WON'T get your dish repaired and when the tech closes the work order (As is) bam! A new 24 month commitment automatically added to your account. So good luck with that.

I would have setup a dish relocation for $49.00 which includes the dish and doesn't come with a commitment. I would NEVER setup an upgrade. Charges aren't applied for any type of order until the work order is closed by the tech. However if the order itself is cancelled then no charges are ever applied.

The tech came and happily repaired the broken dish. He told me it was no charge as I have the protection plan. He also said he going to cancel my upgrade. We will see what the really plays out.

I'm glad the tech took it upon himself and fixed it, however, techs can't cancel the actual order only the work order, I would call and cancel the upgrade order itself.
