Safely remove equipment dishes
Horrible customer service with Direct TV. I need to figure out how to get a technician to safely remove equipment from the property. The dishes have been here and do not belong to me. Spoke to a "manager" of tech support he told me to rent a person to remove the dishes for me. Manager name was Hursley he said he was the top manager. How can I submit a request for a technician to safely remove the equipment left behind on this properly.
it is very high up on the house and needs a certified person to come remove it

You have owned the dish since it was installed or bought the home, DTV never removes them. Plus OSHA no longer allows anyone on the roof without proper safety equipment.

If I was a customer of DTV requesting service this would not be an issue. I do not own these dishes they were provided by Direct TV. I need to file a removal request, who can I speak with at the office of the CEO to have these dishes removed from the premises. They are her without my consent.

Again, once installed they belong to the owner of the property. DTV doesn't remove them even if your are a customer or not, you do or hire someone.

Yeah, I'm afraid it's up to you to hire someone to remove those dishes. DirecTV won't do it.

Sorry but you are completely wrong. Upon install EVERTHING except the receiver/client boxes is owned by you the customer. That is why you pay to have technicians to come out (or subscribe to the optional protection plan) for repair because they are working on what you own.
As such, DirecTV does not send techs out to uninstall/remove. It is up to you to remove anything you don't want, or pay a 3rd party to do it for you. If you choose to do so, it is suggested to leaving the mounting plate to avoid leaks.
This is the reality. Just have to deal with it.

As stated, Once the Dish is installed by D*TV - it is owned by the property owner -Therefore your choice is to leave it in place and have it removed When you need to replace the Roof.
Or contract a Roof Company to remove the dish and replace the underlayment and re-single the spot as the Dish Plate is Drilled through the underlayment. removing that without repair will result in a leaking roof.
Or hire a Handyman to remove the dish and leave the foot plate in place -that will prevent a leak as well.
The Dish Belongs to you NO one at D*TV will remove it no matter Whom you call,
