satellite sets not receiving signal (2 of 3)

We have a main set and three other sets (satellites) in bedrooms. One of the satellites is still working fine, but 2 are giving a "No Signal" response to all attempts to get them back online. How do I get those 2 reluctant satellites to rejoin my little network?

Those "satellites" are Mini Genie Clients. They are Clients of the main box. Just to be clear as the service is delivered by satellite, so want to avoid confusion just in case.

The "No Signal" is usually a TV error message. It means it is not recognizing any signal on that input. First verify that the TV is tuned to the input you are plugged into. Also check that the HDMI cord is secure and free of debris on both sides (TV and Client).

If that doesn't fix it, try swapping HDMI cord, port on TV or even Client to narrow down where in the chain the problem is. Red button reset the Clients. Pull power for a minute on the TV as they normally don't have a reset button.

Thanks. Will try those fixes on both clients. Wondering why they would both go bad at the same time and why the third one would still be fine...

I would red button reset the main Genie first as that is where the clients get their info from. Before you do so, make sure the coax is finger tight to each box.

Some TVs default to the ANT input if there is a power failure or momentary interruption.
