Most likely your dish needs to be aligned, there are video on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you have to call and wait for a CSR to get to you to setup a tech visit.

What models are each box?
Is it no service on all?
Verify coax is finger tight on each.
Do a red button reset, or even unplug power for a minute, one at a time.
Preferred order for reset/power cycle (only ones you have of course) is Genie > WVB > Client > HDDVR > HD non-DVR
If that doesn't fix it, then most likely dish is misaligned or an issue in the physical connection to the receiving dish. Call DirecTV to schedule an appointment.
