Suspect Fraudulent Activity
I suspect fraudulent use of my Directv account. Where and how do I report this. I have already contacted the local Directv office but to no avail. They promised to send a representative to take a report but no-one has showed up. This has been over a week and a half. Prior to this, a technician did come to my house for the same complaint. I really do believe one of directv technicians has facilitated fraudulent activity by connecting my paid services to another house. This was evidenced by notifications from directv, example ""Receiver control (out of home), We couldn't find your receiver, Unit Number...it look like this address has multiple units". There is a lot more to discuss but I don't want to put it n writing. How do I report my suspicions to a higher level as the local office is not responding.

Call DirecTV and request the contact info for their Signal Integrity Team, or whatever it is called now. These departments tend to have traditional business hours compared to the rest of customer support. Alternatively you might try www.directv.com/notmyaccount which goes to their Identity Theft Team. Might be a way to get the ball rolling if a tech has attached another residence to your service.
This is assuming you don't have a Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) setup, such as one receiving dish servicing multiple apartments. If this is the case, that is setup by a 3rd party contracted with the apartment that is not serviced by DirecTV itself, and might be experiencing technical issues of services mixing with each other in error.
