Turn in directv equipment

I would like to return my Florida directv equipment without canceling my directv account as I will use my directv in Michigan. Is this possible and if yes, will the amount I am paying for the Florida equipment come off my bill?

Account is one residential address. You call DirecTV and place a Movers order. You take your boxes from your Florida address to your new Michigan address where it is installed. All you take are the boxes, remotes, power cords, and the cord that goes from the box to the TV.

You don't need to create a new account for Michigan. It is one account for lifetime as DirecTV just needs the sky, so doesn't provide different levels of service based on address.
