Unable to get some channels - one receiver

I am unable to get some channels on one receiver. All other receivers work fine. Did the reset, unplugged and plugged back in, cleaned card contacts, tried different TV on receiver, etc.

Do I just have a bad receiver?

Lets, see if we can get your channels restored, @shawn3458.

 

Are you getting an error code on the channels you are missing?

 

We recommend that you refresh your receiver, which will restore all channels and packages. It will also resend channel information and authorizations whereas if you just reset your receiver, it will  reinitialize everything.

Is that receiver on a favorites list? Info on remote scroll over to favorites

@ATTHelp Can I do a refresh w/o having a DVR? I am getting error 771 on a few channels, but only on the 1 receiver.

@shawn3458, you can refresh any receiver online, however you mentioned you're getting a 771 on the affected channels a refresh will do NOTHING for a 771. Are the channels standard definition or high definition?

Looks like most if not all are HD: 266-FYIHD, 281-MTHD, 312-HALLHD (my wife is really killing me over this one), 322-NHKWJ.

There are others too, but those are the ones I happened to write down.

I did go through the refresh deal last evening - like you said, a no-go.
