You should include the model numbers of all the boxes you currently have. Next you should think about what features you have now and what features may be important going forward. For example, is wireless capability important, is PIP important, do you have any 4K TVs in any room, etc.? There are different paths one can take, and once you choose a path, there most likely will be restrictions on what you can/can't do.
Is tech support (saying "ATT" account type) get more knowledgeable agents for a DirecTV upgrade? Genuinely curious as too many agents these days have little clue on how DirecTV equipment works.
Though if you have ordered an upgrade, but haven't been installed yet, I would still share info. Too many agents recently have provided sub-optimal upgrades, or orders that ended up being a downgrade, because of bad information.
Just want to be sure you get what is best for you personally and don't have wrong expectations.

Once we know the models of each box you have, that will narrow down your options.
Is there anything specific you are wanting out of an upgrade or just what may generally overall be better?
(when you respond, please avoid ALL CAPS).

Well if resolved, then great.
