user manual for satellite DIRECTV and remote

Is there a User Manual for Satellite DIRECTV and the remote control that comes with it? I can't find the instructions I need on the web site and I lost the small handouts from when I had it installed. I need to find out how to bump up the priority of a "recording request" so nothing else overrides it.
