Very unprofessional directv tech

Service person would not listen to us about having a tv and box in one room, even though we have for years.

Said that the cable was no good.  We took all furniture out to install new floor last year and just today tried to hook up box.

Had a tech out to alight the dish after roofers moved it.  He ran a new cable from roof down to junction block.  He cut one wire

he said was not needed.  After todays tech attached tool to track find out where the cable went to, it went to cut wire.  He said

that we never had cable to the one room because it was a different older cable.  The manager has been here from 1992 and always

has a tv hooked up.

He said that he had no connectors that would work.  We would have to run new cable.

Finally told him to forget about it.  He came back into room to take his tool off of the wall.

He tried to hook up the wire between wall and receiver, but I ask him to leave it off.

He refused and refused to leave when ask 3 times.

No sense to hook it back up when I would have to move it since not working.

Very unprofessional.

Regardless if non-standard/supported cable, or possibly older type he was not familiar with, those were serious issues with the tech. Especially not leaving when requested. Call DirecTV and submit a complaint on the appointment.
