The outlet may not be current for your setup, damaged, or not even hooked up in the first place.

What happens exactly when you try to use it?

If you did use the outlet, did anything change after you last used it?

Just because there's an outlet doesn't mean it's active (connected to the dish). A receiver relocation Is $49.00 +tax if applicable.
