What do I do if I didn't receive my return box and label?

I cancelled my service on 7/11/23 and was told you were sending me a box with shipping label to return everything in.  I didn't receive it.  Since this account was also with my Fixed AT&T wireless account, which I can return at a UPS store, I just wanted to see if I could do the same with your equipment.  (It really aggravates me that you act like separate entities in everything but my bill!!!)

I want to get this back quickly because I don't want additional charges.  I'm also not paying my last bill until I see the credits that I'm supposed to be getting because I cancelled it mid-cycle.

Please let me know as soon as possible so that I can get this taken care of today!!!

be sure to take a picture of the serial number tags, and get a receipt from the UPS store.

Never hurts to have proof.

DirecTV has been spun off into their own entity again. Though AT&T retains primary ownership, they have passed on management to the new co-owner. This includes running the websites and account access separately again.

If the boxes are returnable, take them to a participating FedEx/The UPS Store. Have you account number handy. Get receipt showing they took possession.

What are the models of each box? Just in case not all (or any) are returnable.

DTTV no longer prorates the final bill so you are paying for the billing cycle you are in and receive service until the end of it regardless of when you canceled.

Sorry that is not how it works anymore. They haven't done that in over 4 years. You pay the full bill, no proration.
