What are the new receiver models of all of your TVs? Do all of them have the issue? What error code are you receiving?

What "mini tower" are you referring to? There is the Genie-2 (HS17) Headless Server tower that doesn't go on a TV and Mini Genies which are Clients (not receivers) of the main Genie/Genie Lite/Genie-2.

Please list the model number of every box you have and clarify which one was replaced.

Is it the guide missing info (channle listing/no picture)? If so, when did you hook up the replacement box?

If you press the info button do you get a banner at the top showing the channel information? What happens when you press the record button? One possibility is that they do not have the proper authorizations on your account. If the programming or DVR service is not authorized the HS17 will sometimes just show a black screen without any error messages.

@Good4u

HS17 doesn’t show anything. The Genie clients will.

@detuch254 The clients are connected to the HS17 server. The point is the HS17 has an idiosyncrasy that is different than the other Genies in that they may simply show a black screen on the client if it's not properly authorized.
