Only 20 hours cloud dvr?
I subscribed to premier package. Was expecting unlimited cloud dvr with 9-month storage. My account shows only 20 hours storage. Did I misunderstand?

Hi Stuart,
It seems to be kinda hit or miss if you get unlimited DVR included. My suggestion is to call in 1-800-429-4023 ( this is the number to Direct Stream I am told) If there is ever a chance to get it, it is now. If you don't get it included it will be $10.00 a month extra for Unlimited DVR. There are only two choices 20hrs or unlimited.

Are you a previous DirecTV Satellite or U-verse subscriber?

For DirecTV Stream, call 1-888-429-4023.

When did you subscribe? Did you sign up online? Previous Dtv Satellite and Uverse customers don't quality.

I migrated from uverse. I think if I remember to erase programs after I watch them I can live with 20 hours.

It really doesn't make sense for them to take that away from customers switching from U-verse and satellite, since they very much want customers to switch (certainly U-verse customers, probably satellite customers). But I guess no one has accused them of making decisions that make sense.
