Go to the "series" description page - you can search for the series by name in the search bar or (on at least some devices) select the series on the DVR page (My Library) - you may need to select the series name on what pops up. On the series description page, you should get a link to "cancel series" if you have a series recording set up (or a link to "record series" if you don't).
They should make this easier, by having a link directly on the DVR page or having a DVR management page showing all series recordings, but they don't.
