Directv streaming service stopped suddenly. Starlink internet

We have Starlink internet, and Directv Streaming. We've had it for several months. Directv stopped working 3 days ago. We've spent hours on the phone with directv with no luck. Cleared cach; data; uninstalled; restarted; reinstalled; change/updated password; installed updates on everything. Its the same for all tvs. We are in SoCal.

I have the same exact issue as you.  Same story, direct tv folks are useless and no reply from Starlink.  I’m in So Cal as well

Same here in AZ.  Stoped Tuesday for a while, then worked rest of evening.  Stopoed completely yesterday.  Reset, reinstalled everything...rebooted dishy,  spoke to directv twice ( useless).  Wouldn't work off ethernet from starlink router to laptop. Tested it out with a ryoko hotspot on at&t, also wouldn't work.  Trouble ticket to starlink...waiting for reply.

In another post, DirecTV is finally acknowledging there's an issue ....

We want to apologize for the inconvenience with our DIRECTV STREAM service. Please know our engineers are already working on a fix so you and everybody affected can keep enjoying everything as you were used to.

We have spent all day monday, all day tuesday, all day wednesday this week on tge phone with directv streaming. It ended yesterday when they told me they know its their app, to just keep calling. 

Im looking for another steeaming service.

I got this response from Starlink today:

hear that you are having issues with Direct Tv stream. We verified that you have the correct IP address geolocation for your service area.

Because Starlink is a new global internet service provider, some providers and companies may not have our IP addresses updated in their database. If you are having trouble using Starlink with a specific provider, please send the following to their support center:

"Dear Streaming Service Provider, Wi-Fi Calling Provider, or Web Content Provider, I experienced issues accessing content that is geolocation restricted on Starlink internet. I was provided the following information to relay to you to help resolve this: Starlink is a new global Internet Service Provider and our IPv4 address space is continuously expanding. Per RFC 8805,

Starlink's Self-Published IP Geolocation Feeds can be found at the following link for machine consumption: https://geoip.starlinkisp.net/ feed.csv. This is currently being ingested at a regular schedule with major geolocation providers. If you maintain a local geolocation database, we request that you update your geolocation records per the self-published feed or utilize the major geolocation providers."

I have DTV stream on 3 devices including my iPad. If I use my VPN service on my mobile device, DTV works. As soon as I disconnect the VPN, it stops. Since I can’t install VPN on my smart TV and Roku streaming box I can’t use DTV stream through Starlink. I still have and old 6meg DSL line and I can stream DTV on all devices through this. Albeit with some buffering, it still connects. Netflix, Amazon  and YouTube all work fine with Starlink. So what is going on DIRECTV?? Why are you blocking Starling. Could it have something to do with the fued between Dish Network and Starlink? ‘me thinks there is something rotten in the sate of Denmark’

There are DIRECTV reps here that should get details from you and try to help @Edgemont - I've seen them before.
