BILL PAY

I cannot get in to pay my bill. What have you done to your site?

When I finally go to my bill, I get an error message. 

Totally lost in this.

I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY IT UNTIL i CAN SEE IT!

Which DirecTV service do you have?  There aren't any bills with their MyFree DirecTV service.

@JudyLittle sorry you had this experience.  If you still are experiencing this issue please reach out to the DIRECTV customer care team https://www.directv.com/customer-service.  MyFree DIRECTV doesn't have a bill so sounds like you are a Satellite customer.
