Can't be done. Your billing cycle started the day you where installed and on day 2 your bill is made and sent(if on auto pay it is payed) and is due on day 20.

Nobody here can do that. And it's not possible. Your payment date is tied to your contract date.

Historically, the DirecTV bill cycle and payment date cannot be changed.
Day 1 - Original install
Day 2 - Bill produces and mails. Also paid if on Autopay with card.
Day 20 - Bill due date if not on Autopay.
Day 1 (again) - Now officially past due if wasn't paid in full
Day 2 (again) - Bill produces with late fee and interruption date if past due remains.
As long as bill is paid, and posts to the account, before the cycle starts over, then no late fee or interuption. However, you can still get payment reminder notices in that time as past the listed due date.
You could reduce package to a more manageable amount for how your budget works. Then when you build up to where you are ahead of your bills, raise it back up when comfortable to do so.
