CRM billing module errors
I was preparing to pay the monthly bill when I found an error in the database for the billing module.
The CRM shows a payment was made by EFT, we do not pay by EFT, we have not paid our bill.
The CRM shows payment made by EFT and shows an account number however this is not correct.
No authorization code has been submitted for payment at this time.
When trying to pay the bill the CRM does not show nor enable a payment button in the web form.
Someone should probally check the database for possible intrusion.

If a payment was made on your account not by you, then call AT&T when they are open to discuss it. This is a public forum of other customers.

thank you for replying, however I am not disabused of my current electonic location nor of the reason for posting, intrustions such as these often mean that consumer data has been exposed, (is your phone ringing with calls from nigeria? ) Potiential Security issues like these mean that responsible persons should check their accounts, credit cards for purchases that could be signs of fraud. The more you know the better prepared you can be. better safe than sorry... Hope this helps you with your journey.

All your info is available on the dark web for anyone to buy it. That is why they hack Yahoo and other companies.

Umm, what? I never said anything about your current electronic location or commented on your reason for posting in the first place. I just pointed out that your request the someone check a "database" doesn't happen in this forum. That is because this forum is other customers. For official support you call AT&T or use their online payment dispute form.

Though I am curious if your post is legitimate, as much of it sounds more from the viewpoint of a "tin-foil hat" conspiracy theory or similar.

yes, juniper, there is a santaclause, you will note that a message was sent out on directv network concerning security issues, I should think that should quell any lingering doubts you might harbor, concerning the legitimacy of said comment.
the issue has been detected and handled.
