Does anyone know how I can get a refund for monies taken out of my account by directv after I had canceled and returned all equipment

Hi I have called directv about the issue of then taking payments from my credit card after I had canceled service and returned all equipment to no avail. I keep getting operators that tell me thT they can see that I am owed 6 months of payments deducted from my credit card after I canceled, and that they would refund the money but with no success. Each one I call tells me they will refund the money by check, or debit card but I have yet to receive the refund for overpayment. Can anyone help?

As this is a public forum, we have no access to accounts so we can’t help you.

Your best bet is a BBB complaint if you aren’t refunded for the extra six months of service. 

I have a few questions though. Did you return ALL equipment and keep your shipping receipt? How much were you billed for during the six months? Was there a specific charge?
