DTV doesn't have a EBB (Emergency Broadband Benefit)program AT&T internet does.

Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) doesn't apply as DirecTV is not internet but satellite TV. If you have AT&T Internet then that is what EBB would be for.

For clarity @amandae78 are you asking about DIRECTV or do you actually have AT&T INTERNET?
