False Advertising. Lying. HORRIBLE SERVICE
In my 10 years of having Direct TV i have NEVER been so angry. First of all we move across the country. GOT a great offer from Dish Network for a sweet deal. But we decide to move out Direct TV service with us. Got an ad that the movers special would be Internet (via hughes net) and Direct Tv for 84.99 To sign new contract. SWEET deal only it was (Edited per community guidelines). we are paying $100 for internet and $130 for Direct TV. I called 7 times in 7 months trying to get this bundle we were promised. Transfer here gotta call here. NOT A (Edited per community guidelines) THING DONE.
I gave up and dealt with it and now my contract is up next month. We had upgraded to choice package as it CLEARLY states NFL sunday ticket is included and I ATTACHED THE PROOF. Upgrade. Watch football last week. Awesome right?
NOPE. Today it tells us to pay to watch a game. I call and talk to James. He literally told me oh its just a free week then you have to pay $300. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME??????????????? So I tell james thats unacceptable. and he says ill add it to your account. I said NO you wont im not paying that when Dish just offered us a contract with MORE channels, NFL Sunday Ticket and a gift card to switch to them.
I tell james that Since he has made no effort to work with me to get football games for my husband who also has been a loyal customer for years than i am moving to dish. JAMES says " is there anything else i can help you with and thank you for being a loyal direct tv customer" Like saying to me OK bye then. (Edited per community guidelines) IS THAT.????
Im not asking for anything but what I have proof is offered to me. IF ATT and Direct TV do not make this right they lose me, And I will for sure make sure all my social media blasts this horrible experiance. Screwed out of my movers deal, and now lied to after i upgrade to get what i was told i would get.
NOT TO MENTION. On Demand has NEVER worked for us. It always says this episode is unavailable. For everything we have tried to watch.
THIS IS (Edited per community guidelines) and I want a supervisor or someone who can help to do just that!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

DirecTV (not Direct TV) should not be connected to any satellite internet. The problem is On Demand, either initial download or ongoing updates, will eat through your data allowance. So any bundle offers are for a temporary intro discount for the new internet provider you choose, but only connect to your DirecTV setup if a regular home internet so you don't worry about overage or throttling.
Check the order confirmation for the Movers order. That will detail exactly what you are getting. If there were any differences from what the agent claimed, then this is you opportunity to get it modified or canceled before the order is completed and installed.
That was a lie by the seller. DirecTV has an exclusive agreement for the NFL Sunday Ticket. No other provider has it. All they can have is just the NFL Network.
