fcc complaint and possible
Looking to do an FCC complaint and possible (Edited per community guidelines) against att diecttv and to name the management employees jose, euadaro, ann, and the ones that hung up on me in the suit. please let me know if you want to get.on the bandwagon. I will be checking back and contacting people interested. If you are a retiree of att you know how badly they treat people just think of the folks that never knew att when it was an honest place to work. (Edited per community guidelines)

If you want to do a FCC/BBB complaint or other such action, go ahead.
Legal discussions or the like are not allowed on the AT&T/DirecTV forum. That is your private endeavor, which if you want to discuss with others must be elsewhere. You cannot check with people here as the forum prohibits posting identifiable information (names, phone numbers, email, other contact info, etc.).
Perhaps others could give guidance depending on what the reason for your calling DirecTV to begin with, but an issue with agents hanging up on you as you claim you resolve personally with DirecTV or through an outside source. The forum cannot help you with that dispute.
