I've tried chatting with Directv for help. I've tried everything and never get an answer.

Have sent paperwork to small claims court and will have papers served as soon as I get a court date. Have been with Directv (now AT&T) for almost 20 years.  Totally disgusted with time spent on trying to get this resolved.

This is a customer to customer forum nobody from DTV other then the few employees on their own time and the moderators read these posts.

I see you've posted this question multiple times. Realize that we can't help you billing/account issues. A BBB complaint to DirecTV (not AT&T) might get you better attention. Good luck.
