Linking MLB Extra Innings to my MLB Account
I am so frustrated at this point I am about to cancel. When I try to link my DirecTV account to MLB.com or MLB.TV I get the following message: "We were unable to verify your subscription access with DIRECTV. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your provider's customer support.
Customer Service Code: VALIDATE_INVALID User Not Entitled For Adobe Resource [ADOBE_MLBTV]".
When I contacted your customer service, I was told that they do not support watching MLB on MLB.TV, which is laughable since that is how it is advertised.
I am currently missing games because I cannot make this link. Can ANYBODY help??

How are you missing games, the season hasn’t started yet? MLBEI doesn’t include spring training games to my knowledge. Anyway, see this thread. This guy was told linking accounts can’t be done until the season starts.

I apparently have misunderstood that it does not include Spring Training games. By saying I am missing games I was saying there are TV broadcast games that I cannot see because I do not have a live account.

@jcjmarl it doesn't matter that you can't find the chat icon, nothing can be done until the season starts

I am having this issue also. I'll wait until next Thursday when the season starts to try again. @jcjmarl - if you happen to get this working prior to the season starting, please let me know!
