If you recently canceled DirecTV, or were shut off for non-payment, then call DirecTV to pay off the balance. If it has been too long, then DirecTV would have written off the balance to a collection agency. If that is the case, then when you call DirecTV, the agent can see the name and number for the collection agency to contact.
Keep in mind if it did go to a collection agency, the DirecTV agent will not know what you have to pay them. This is because you negotiate with the collection agency regarding payment including any additional fees they might have.

Most likely DTV has sold it to a collection agency so you have to deal with them, if not then you have to call DTV.
