sked for a paym,ent aggragement and now service is off

atnt took out almost 400 outta our bank this month and we never gotnothing back now itas saying that 174 dollars was reversed but we still aint gotten anything how can this be bc i asked for a payment agg... last we it said may 9th 2021 on it now its saying i gotta pay the same amount its done chagred to the account and we dont get paid till next week what do i do..

Once it’s been disconnected they won’t restore service until the bill is paid in ful to zero.

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account or can explain why service was suspended when you had a payment arrangement. You need to call but as noted, once service is suspended, you must pay the balance owed to restore.

You will need to call DirecTV to discuss the payment arrangement you had setup as well as to find out why part of your payment was reversed. Possible that reversal resulted in the arrangement not being met in full.

Once interrupted, entire balance (not just past due) must be paid to reinstate service. However if there was any error on their end they can confirm, that might allow an override.

This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot look into this for you.
