Stop sending Postal Mail

I have not had service since 2016.  Since then, I have moved 3 times and each time I continue getting your Monthly Junk Mail asking me to reactivate service.  I called the 1-800-531-5000 number on Jan. 26, 2022, and while that lady was very nice, she was unable to help me.  I have since received more junk on Feb. 9 and Mar. 16 and there is apparently no end in sight.

So just toss it like any other junk mail. Posting here won’t stop it.

Call DirecTV to opt out of mailings. Otherwise the FTC has another option for these mailings in general. https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/how-stop-junk-mail 

We cannot stop your junk mail. This is a forum of other customers. I trash/shred/recycle mail as needed. Don't go out of my way to do it, just when I'm doing the same for something else. More important things in life to worry about than junk mail.

Oops, my mistake.  I thought DTV employees looked at these and one of them would be able to tell me how to get them to stop.  Or some other customer could share a success story.  I would like to delete this post but don't know how, sorry.  Hopefully marking a comment as "Accepted Solution" will end the conversation.
