Very poor customer service by ATT representative who hung up on me.

I called 1 800 531-5000 and representative id # 7024 refused to address my issue.  She only wanted me to take a 99.95 fee for repair which I do not need.  I am a retiree from Southwestern Bell where is worked for 30 years 9 mos and 13 days.  ATT subsequently bought out Southwestern Bell.  I have not received a bill from ATT for my DirecTV.  After being so rudely treated by your employee I will search out other businesses that provide wireless services, home landline services, and a service similar to DirecTv all the while saving money from your ridiculous charges.  I have been loyal to ATT all these years only to have a representative hang up on me rather than having to provide excellent service.  Five Star Service does not exist with ATT these days.  I also plan to consult an attorney if the $99.95 charge is billed to me.  At that point I will put in a complaint with the Public Utilities Company.

Not our employees this is customer to customer forum with no access to DTV and DTV is not a utilities

DirecTV is not a utility.

This is a public forum of other customers, so that was not 'our' employee.

The $99.95 is the cost of a service call, which should only charge if a tech is sent out for a repair. However what is the issue you had in the first place? Perhaps we can provide guidance to get it resolved.
